Fat Loss

Eat Less, Exercise More.. Its that simple..

Don't consume the following foods;
Rice - Unless its brown rice, 50g per day max.
Sugar - Consumption of sugar halts any fat loss because you've got a fuel source in your blood stream.
Soft Drinks - Don't care if its a diet coke, don't drink it.
Take-away/Junk Food - Are you even trying to loose weight?
Alcohol - Self control is important.
Fruit Juices - We tend to get carried away with these, packed with natural sugars, just because its natural doesn't mean its OK to drink.

Clean means eating foods that aren't greasy (McDonalds/KFC) and are healthy for you.
Lean means eating foods that are rich in protein.

Feeling Hungry?
Drink water with some almonds, or walnuts or a piece of fresh fruit, perhaps an Apple or Orange?

Fats
Are they all the same. Simply put. No they're not. You have good fats, and bad fats. In general, if you can stay away from them both, then you'll loose weight faster.

Nutritional Information
Reading those detailed labels at the back of packages will help you reach your goal.

Choosing foods that are high in protein/fiber, low in fat, low in sugar.



Whats an Ideal Breakfast?
Quick Oats 80g with 1 cup Skim Milk - Microwave for 2.5 minutes (Time to cook depends the wattage of your Microwave)
1 x Fresh Fruit (Apple, Orange, Mandarin)

Walk away from the table with plenty of air in your stomach, instead of eating a whole plate, eat 1/4 of a plate. You'll feel hungry for a while but you'll start to get use to it. Your body is probably use to being stuffed with food.
