Form, form, form!

Reverse Bench press
I can't stress this enough! FORM!

Before you go add plates onto that barbell, focus on what your actually doing.

When your at the top of your lift, don't lock your arms. This way it keeps all the stress on your chest.

When your at the bottom of your lift, let your chest stretch, this will help build your chest and prevent injuries.

Don't rep the weight like your here just to lift the weight and go home, connect your mind to your muscle, feel it!
